Abstract

The invention provides a deployment method for improving hyper-converged storage reliability. The deployment method comprises the following steps: starting a disk direct connection function of a hostserver RAID card; deploying a control virtual machine on the host server, and installing a series of storage services related to the hyper-converged storage on the control virtual machine; the RAID card on the host server is transparently transmitted to the control virtual machine in the mode that external components are connected with standard equipment; and transparently transmitting the networkcard of the host server to the control virtual machine and configuring a floating IP for the control virtual machine. According to the invention, the storage service related to the hyper-converged storage is operated in the virtual machine of the KVM virtualization platform, and the stable operation of the whole hyper-converged storage is ensured by controlling the deployment and related configuration of the virtual machine.
