Problems solved by technology

[0008] Although good research results have been achieved in the preparation and application of self-healing materials, there are still some deficiencies: 1. The synthesis or preparation process of self-healing materials is complicated; 2. The simple combination of self-healing materials and functional nanomaterials Mixing may cause uneven distribution, resulting in poor repeatability; 3. The material has a single function, and it is difficult to meet the increasingly diverse needs

Abstract

The invention discloses a lipoic acid-nanosilver self-repairing material, and a preparation method and an application thereof, and belongs to the field of self-repairing materials. The lipoic acid-nanosilver self-repairing material prepared in the invention adopts lipoic acid as a main raw material, and silver ions are directly reduced into nanosilver by utilizing the strong reducibility of lipoicacid. The generated nanosilver is combined with the sulfur atom of an end chain to prevent depolymerization and ring closure and provide many active sites. In addition, the lipoic acid-nanosilver self-repairing material has high mechanical strength and high self-repairing capability due to coordination among dynamic disulfide bonds, silver ions and carboxyl groups and hydrogen-bond interaction. The generated nanosilver may provide good antibacterial properties, catalytic properties and photothermal properties for the self-repairing material, so the self-repairing material has certain application potentials in fields of medicines, environments and energies.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of self-repairing materials, in particular to a lipoic acid-silver nanometer self-repairing material, a preparation method and an application thereof. Background technique [0002] In daily life, various materials are subject to different degrees of stress damage, which is one of the important reasons for the short service life of materials. In order to improve this deficiency and further prolong the service life of materials, new materials can be developed to enable self-healing when damaged by external stress. This type of material is called self-healing materials. The mechanical strength and self-repairability of materials mainly depend on the strength of chemical bonds. The weaker the chemical bond strength, the better the self-healing performance of the material, but the weaker the mechanical strength. The stronger the chemical bond strength, the better the mechanical strength of the material, but the ...
