Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of control of rhizoctonia solani, in particular to a bacillus altitudinis strain (bacillus altitudinis) DSQN-1 of which the preservation number is CGMCC No.17236, and the strain as a biological control bacterium is used for performing biological control on the rhizoctonia solani. The bacillus altitudinis strain disclosed by the invention has better control effects on the rhizoctonia solani; and experiment is performed by a three-point face-to-face-culturing method, and the result indicates that the inhibition zone of the bacillus altitudinis (bacillus altitudinis) DSQN-1 on the rhizoctonia solani is 27.33mm.
