A conservative primer of a DNA bar code matK or psbA-trnH is used for performing PCR amplification and sequencing on genomic DNA, according to a specific site base sequence, species identification can be performed, and solanum melongena, solanum torvum, solanum sisymbriifolium, solanum lyratum, solanum aculeatissimum, solanum pseudocapsicum and S.campylacanthum can be identified. According to the DNA bar code disclosed by the invention, the identification result can be directly obtained through a matK orpsbA-trnH sequence, the detection method is quick, simple, convenient and accurate, and the DNA bar code can be applied to the respect of identification, protection and utilization of solanum germplasm resources, quarantine of entry and exit plants and products thereof, and identification of relevant solanum medicinal material adulterants and counterfeits.
