Problems solved by technology

However, wearable ECG monitors are measured in the state of people's daily activities. Compared with static collection, many interference factors are introduced, such as motion interference, myoelectric interference, etc. The ECG obtained by adding such interference signals , which cannot be recognized by the static collection ECG monitor, so a new method of processing the ECG detected by the wearable ECG monitor is needed at present, so as to better filter out the newly introduced interference factors and retain the ECG useful information

[0059] The principles and features of the present invention are described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, and the examples given are only used to explain the present invention, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.

[0060] Please refer to figure 1 As shown, it is a schematic structural diagram of the ECG signal analysis method for wearable smart underwear of the present invention. The ECG signal analysis method for wearable smart underwear comprises the following steps:

[0061] S1, collecting ECG signals;

[0062] S2. Perform basic filtering; the basic filtering includes high-pass filtering, 50Hz power frequency filtering, and low-pass filtering, wherein the high-pass filtering cut-off frequency is 0.26Hz, and the order is 2; the upper and lower limits of the power frequency filtering passband are 49.5Hz and 52Hz, attenuation The coefficient is 0.5, the upper and lower limits of the stop band are 50Hz and 51.5Hz, the attenu...

Abstract

The invention discloses an electrocardiosignal (ECG) analysis method for wearable intelligent underwear. The method comprises the steps as follows: S1, collecting ECG; S2, performing base filtering; S3, performing band-pass filtering on collected ECG sampling points, and then, calculating difference; S4, setting an initial detection threshold and a back detection threshold including setting an initial value of detection threshold and setting 1 / 2 of the detection threshold as an initial value of the back detection threshold; S5, after collecting one second of ECG waveform, judging whether R wave exists by the detection threshold to determine the peak position of the R wave; if no R wave is detected during time longer than 7 / 4 of average RR period, performing back detection on the R wave bythe back detection threshold; and S6, updating the detection threshold by the maximum differential value corresponding to the R wave after detecting each R wave. Thus, the method effectively eliminatebaseline drift with larger dynamic ECG signals and retains key characteristics of ECG better; and external factors such as movement interference and myoelectricity interference are effectively filtered out, and accurate analysis of the ECG is guaranteed.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of electrocardiographic signal analysis, in particular to an electrocardiographic signal analysis method for wearable smart underwear. Background technique [0002] With the development of the economy, health issues have increasingly become the focus of people's attention. According to statistics, the incidence of cardiovascular disease is constantly increasing, and heart disease has become a major disease that threatens life and health. ECG signal is the most direct means of heart disease diagnosis, which can directly reflect the heart rhythm and the physiological conditions of various parts. The analysis of ECG signal is the focus of research in the field of medicine at present. [0003] The traditional ECG signal test is mostly static collection, that is, by sticking electrodes on the human body and connecting them with monitoring equipment through wires, the tested person lies quietly on the bed, usually lasting...
