The system comprises an absorber, wherein the absorber is connected with a condenser, the condenser is connected with a waste liquid circulating pump, and the waste liquid circulating pump is connected with a liquid distributor of the absorber and a heater in the absorber; the system also comprises an analyzer, wherein the analyzer is connected with an evaporator, the evaporator is connected with a clean water pump, and the clean water pump is connected with a liquid distributor of the analyzer and a cooler in analyzer; an air outlet of the absorber is connected with an air inlet of the analyzer; an air outlet of the analyzer is connected with an air inlet of the absorber; and an air channel between the air outlet of the analyzer and the air inlet of the absorber is provided with a circulating fan and an adsorber.
