Abstract

The purposeof the invention is to solve the problems of preparation methods of flexible devices being unable to store information. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing a AgNO3 solutionand a PVA solution, and mixing the AgNO3 solution with the PVA solution according to a volume ratio of 1:(1.1-1.4) to obtain a AgNO3 / PVA mixed solution; preparing a tannic acid solution having a PH value of 8.9, and mixing the tannic acid solution with the AgNO3 / PVA mixed solution to obtain a AgNO3 / PVA / TA mixed solution; and dispensing the AgNO3 / PVA / TA mixed solution on a bendable colorless plastic substrate, and heating the plastic substrate to form a film and realize the conversion of Ag<+> into Ag NPs in order to obtain the flexible Ag / PVA / TA nano-composite film.
