Embodiment Construction

[0046] figure 1 A schematic view of a preferred embodiment of the microscope device 01 according to the invention is shown.

[0047] The illustrated embodiment of the microscope device 01 according to the invention firstly includes an image recording unit 02 . A photograph (not shown) of the sample can be taken by means of the image recording unit 02 . The image acquisition unit 02 is configured, for example, to provide an image suitable for generating a three-dimensional image. The image capture unit 02 contains at least one illumination module (not shown), an objective lens (not shown) for optical imaging of the sample and an image sensor (not shown) for converting the imaged image into an electrical signal. Another not-shown preferred embodiment can realize shooting from different angles of view, that is, shooting under different shooting observation angles. Image capture devices that are spatially distributed.

Abstract

The invention relates to a microscope device (01) for three-dimensional recording of a sample to be examined microscopically and for presenting a three-dimensional image of the sample to be examined microscopically. A microscope device (01) includes an image capture unit (02) for taking a picture of a sample and an image processing unit (03) for generating a three-dimensional image of the sample from the picture of the image capture unit (02). The microscope device (01) further comprises at least one display unit (04) for three-dimensional representation of the generated three-dimensional image of the sample. According to the invention, the microscope device (01) is configured for generating and presenting a three-dimensional image of the sample with an image repetition rate of at least one image per second.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a microscope device for three-dimensional recording of a sample to be examined microscopically and for presenting a three-dimensional image of the sample to be examined microscopically. Background technique [0002] For certain applications, microscopes are required which enable real-time three-dimensional visualization of objects examined with the microscope. Typical areas of use are, for example, surgical microscopes, applications in electron microscopy and X-ray microscopy, and microscopes for biological research and everyday work. In order to create a three-dimensional impression, stereomicroscopes are now used in these applications, which first combine human observation to produce a pseudo-three-dimensional display. Known stereo microscopes are required by users to have the ability to generate stereo images from acquired images. However 3D impressions are not available. [0003] Some digital microscopes enable a three-d...
