The combined cable core includes power core 1, auxiliary core 2, control wire harness 3 and cable core filling 4. The power core 1 is arranged around the axis at 120°. Auxiliary cores 2 are provided between adjacent power cores 1 . A control harness 3 is provided between adjacent power cores 1 and auxiliary cores 2 . The power core 1 includes a combined conductor and a power core insulation layer 1-1. The combined conductor is formed by layered twisting of multiple conductor bundles 1-2 and 1 bundle of temperature-control wire cores 1-3. The combined cable core is wrapped with a non-woven wrapping layer 5 , an inner sheath 6 , a reinforcement layer 7 , an outer sheath 8 and a reinforcement coating 9 in sequence.

Abstract

The invention discloses a flexible temperature control cable for airport charging and a production process thereof. The flexible temperature control cable comprises a combined cable core. The combinedcable core comprises power line cores, auxiliary line cores, control wire harnesses and cable core fillers. The power wire cores are arranged around the axis center at 120 degrees; the auxiliary wirecores are disposed between adjacent power wire cores; and each control wire harness is disposed between the adjacent power wire core and the auxiliary wire core. Each power wire core comprises a combined conductor and a power wire core insulation layer. The combined conductor is formed by stranding a plurality of conductor bundles and a bundle of temperature-control wire core in a layered manner.The cable is compact in structure; the skin effect of the cable is reduced; the current carrying capacity of the cable is increased; heating of the cable is reduced; and a temperature control cable is stranded in the combined conductor, so that the current of the cable can be regulated according to the temperature, power transmission efficiency of the cable is improved, power transmission loss isreduced, charging speed is accelerated, cable operating temperature is reduced, and the service life of the cable is prolonged.
