Embodiment 1

[0045] The construction of embodiment 1 breast tumor scoring system

[0046] 1. Data analysis and 3D image acquisition

[0047] In this application, the two main optical absorbers in breast tissue are endogenous oxyhemoglobin (Hb) and deoxyhemoglobin (deHb). Calculate the optical absorption coefficient of blood according to the following equation:

[0048] mu a (λ,r)=C Hb (r)ε Hb (λ)+C deHb (r)C deHb (λ) (1)

[0049] Among them, μ a (λ,r) represents the optical absorption coefficient of blood, ε Hb (λ) represents the molar extinction of endogenous oxyhemoglobin (Hb), C Hb (r) represents the concentration of endogenous oxyhemoglobin (Hb), ε deHb (λ) represents the molar extinction of deoxyhemoglobin (deHb), C deHb (r) represents the concentration of deoxyhemoglobin (deHb).

[0050] PA signal and light absorption coefficient μ a (λ, r) is proportional to the product of luminous flux Φ(λ, r), and the luminous flux depends on wavelength (λ) and spatial position (r). ...

Embodiment 2

[0070] Embodiment 2, scoring application example

[0071] In May 2018, a patient with a breast tumor less than 2 cm and with a BIRADS score of 4 was recruited from the Breast Surgery Clinic. The patient's blood vessel images are as follows: Image 6 (a, b) shown.

[0072] Image 6 (a) The volume of blood vessels in the tumor accounts for more than 50% of the nodule volume, and the blood flow is abundant, scoring 2 points; the distribution of blood vessels around the tumor is > 50% of the nodule volume, and the blood flow is abundant, scoring 2 points; the space of tumor blood vessels is distorted , cystic dilation, anastomotic branch messy, irregular, score 1 point; tumor penetrates into blood vessels, yes, score 1 point; Image 6 (a) The total score is 6 points. According to the morphological score, it was judged as malignant tendency. Image 6 (a) SO inside the tumor 2 is 0.72, the surrounding SO 2 It is 0.75, which is lower than the set threshold, and it is judged as ...

Abstract

An application of three-dimensional photoacoustic imaging in a breast tumor scoring system includes the following steps: (1) image information of breast tumor is collected by photoacoustic / ultrasonicdual-mode imaging in vitro; (2) the collected image information is analyzed and morphological scoring and functional scoring are performed respectively; and (3) by combining the results of morphological scoring and functional scoring, a comprehensive score is obtained and whether the breast tumor has a malignant tendency result or not is judged; and if one or all of the morphological scoring or functional scoring are judged as malignant tendency, the tumor is considered as malignant tendency. More stable quantitative results can be provided through three-dimensional tumor imaging. In addition, compared with single breast three-dimensional photoacoustic imaging, a tumor area is depicted by ultrasound imaging, the external and internal characteristics of the tumor can be analyzed respectively, and the diagnostic sensitivity and specificity are improved. In addition, malignant and benign tumors are distinguished based on the critical value of oxygen saturation (SO2), and the method is more convenient, highly repeatable and objective in diagnosis.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of medical diagnosis, in particular to the application of three-dimensional photoacoustic imaging in a breast tumor scoring system. Background technique [0002] Breast cancer is the most common malignant tumor in women. The global incidence of breast cancer is showing a high incidence trend in the 21st century, especially in my country, which ranks first in the incidence of all female tumors. Therefore, breast cancer has become a major public health problem that threatens human health. [0003] Currently, mammography and breast ultrasonography (US) are two of the most commonly used and most effective imaging modalities for breast cancer screening. Mammography lacks the ability to provide morphology, and information on breast lesions is not available for dense glands, which hinders adoption. Ultrasonography is more sensitive in providing information on the morphology and boundaries of breast lesions, regard...
