A low-energy pulseoutput from the femtosecond oscillator is directly sent to the regenerative amplifier for performing pre-amplification, then the pre-amplified pulse is sent to the contrast enhancement module to enhance time contrast, the pulse is broadened by the pulse stretcher and then re-introduced into the regenerative amplifier for amplifying to saturated output and then controlled by the electro-optical switch with a single-channel to enter the pulse compressor, and a femtosecond laser pulse with high time contrast and high energy is finally produced.
