Embodiment Construction

[0019] Such as figure 1 As shown, a pipeline structure damage monitoring system based on wireless sensor network, including: piezoelectric array, several damage monitoring nodes, wireless sensor network base station and damage assessment unit. The damage monitoring node includes an FPGA core processing module, an excitation signal generation module, a high-speed data acquisition module, an adjustable signal amplification module, a wireless transmission module and a power supply module, and the damage monitoring node generates an excitation signal through the excitation signal generation module to act on the piezoelectric array , so that it generates high-frequency ultrasonic guided waves on the inner wall of the pipeline. When the high-frequency ultrasonic guided wave encounters a pipeline defect, a part of the high-frequency ultrasonic guided wave will reflect and rebound. The piezoelectric array is also used to receive the echo reflected back when the pipeline is damaged. Si...

Abstract

The invention discloses a pipeline structure damage monitoring system based on a wireless sensor network. The system comprises a piezoelectric array, multiple damage monitoring nodes, a wireless sensor network base station and a damage evaluation unit, wherein the piezoelectric array is arranged on the outer surface of a pipeline, is used for responding to excitation signals sent by the damage monitoring nodes so as to produce high-frequency ultrasonic guided-wave signals, and is simultaneously used for receiving echo signals reflected when encountering pipeline damage; the damage monitoring nodes are used for acquiring the echo signals, amplifying the echo signals and sending to the wireless sensor network base station; and the damage evaluation unit is used for carrying out damage diagnosis on the echo signals received by the wireless sensor network base station, and positioning and imaging a pipeline damage position. According to the pipeline structure damage monitoring system basedon the wireless sensor network provided by the invention, the damage information uploaded by the nodes is diagnosed, so that the health state of a pipeline structure can be timely fed back in daily inspection process, accurate damage information is provided for maintenance engineers, and the occurrence of safety accidents is prevented.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to structural health diagnosis technology, in particular to a pipeline structure damage monitoring system based on a wireless sensor network. Background technique [0002] Pipeline structures are used more and more frequently in engineering projects. With the increase of service life, most pipeline structures will inevitably be affected by impact, gas-liquid corrosion, and material aging, which will lead to the leakage of transported substances inside the pipe structure. Therefore, pipeline structure damage has become the hardest hit area for safety accidents. Especially in the process of oil, gas and liquid transportation, pipelines usually bear huge loads and impacts, and are prone to sudden collapse, which brings serious safety hazards and incalculable property losses. [0003] At present, most engineering pipeline maintenance personnel judge the damage of the tubular structure by knocking the abnormal sound generated by the p...
