Abstract

The invention discloses a reading circuit and a reading device of an infrared detector. The infrared detector comprises multiple pixel columns, wherein each pixel column comprises multiple pixel unitsand corresponds to one column ADC (analog-digital converter); the reading circuit comprises multiple column driving circuits and parallel-serial conversion circuits; any one column driving circuit isarranged between one pixel column and the column ADC corresponding to the pixel column, and the column driving circuits are used for realizing input driving of pixel unit signals of the pixel columnsand driving the column ADCs; and the parallel-serial conversion circuits are arranged behind the multiple column ADCs and used for converting parallel output of the multiple column ADCs into serial output. A brand-new realization way is provided for minimization and intelligence of the infrared detector, and positive technical effects are obtained.
