Embodiment Construction

[0022] In order to make the technical problems, technical solutions and advantages to be solved by the present invention clearer, the following will describe in detail with reference to the drawings and specific embodiments.

[0023] Such as figure 1 and figure 2 As shown, an implantable anti-tumor dressing includes a nanofiber membrane 1, the outside of the nanofiber membrane 1 is covered by a hemostatic material, and the hemostatic material adopts chitosan 2; the nanofiber membrane 1 is made of The nanofiber is textured, and the nanofiber is set as a core-shell composite structure composed of a core layer and a shell layer. The core layer 11 of the nanofiber is prepared by using the anti-tumor drug doxorubicin. The nanofiber The shell layer 12 is prepared by polylactic acid-glycolic acid doped with black phosphorus quantum dots 13 .

[0024] The embodiment of the present invention also provides a preparation method of an implantable anti-tumor dressing, comprising the fol...

Abstract

The invention provides an implantable anti-tumor dressing, which comprises a nanofiber membrane. The outer side of the nanofiber membrane is covered with a hemostatic material, and the hemostatic material is chitosan aerogel; the nanofiber membrane is formed by weaving nanofibers, the nanofibers are set as core-shell composite structures composed of core layers and shell layers, the core layers ofthe nanofibers are prepared by using an anti-tumor drug doxorubicin, and the shell layers of the nanofibers are prepared by using polylactic acid-glycolic acid doped with black phosphorus quantum dots. The invention further provides a preparation method of the implantable anti-tumor dressing. The preparation method of the implantable anti-tumor dressing comprises the steps that a core layer spinning solution is prepared; shell layer spinning solution is prepared; a core-shell structure nanofiber membrane is prepared by using a coaxial electrostatic spinning method; a shell polyacetic acid solution is prepared; and the implantable anti-tumor dressing is prepared. The implantable anti-tumor dressing has outstanding effects in all of hemostatic properties, antibacterial properties, anti-tumordrug release, and photothermal killing of tumor cells and has broad medical prospects.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of biomedical textiles, and in particular relates to an implantable anti-tumor dressing and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] At present, the main means of clinical treatment of early-stage tumors is surgical resection, but symptoms of recurrence and metastasis are prone to occur after tumor surgery. Clinical studies have shown that bleeding during tumor resection can spread the exfoliated residual tumor cells into the blood of the surgical site, and even enter the systemic blood circulation, which aggravates the risk of tumor recurrence in situ and distant metastasis after surgery. Systemic drug chemotherapy is limited by its toxicity to healthy tissues and limited drug distribution to target lesion sites. Therefore, implantable anti-tumor dressings with both in situ chemotherapy and hemostatic functions have become a current research hotspot. [0003] However, single-drug chemot...
