Problems solved by technology

[0006] There are the following deficiencies or shortcomings in the prior art: (1) At least 4 experienced audiologists are required to work together, and at the same time take into account the work of judging the waveform, feedback stimulus information and drawing, and judging the eABR waveform has a certain degree of subjectivity; ( 2) The process is cumbersome and takes a long time, which significantly increases the patient's anesthesia time and the waiting time of the surgeon and anesthetist; (3) The surgeon needs to spend time understanding and judging the two-dimensional plan feedback from the audiologist, lacking three-dimensional structure guidance , it is difficult to adjust the electrode position

Abstract

The invention discloses an electrophysiological test method of an automatic auditory brainstem implant ABI. The method comprises the following steps: step 1, a stimulation generator electrically stimulates a plurality of ABI electrodes; step 2, each ABI electrode correspondingly receives an electrical stimulation signal and stimulates a central auditory system to generate an electrical stimulationauditory brainstem response, and a recording electrode in a patient records the electrical stimulation auditory brainstem response; and step 3, a signal receiving device is connected to a signal acquisition device and a signal processing device respectively and receives the electrical stimulation auditory brainstem response which is recorded by the recording electrode and acquired by the signal acquisition device, and the signal processing device judges whether the corresponding ABI electrode has the target waveform of the electrical stimulation auditory brainstem response or not through signal superposition and waveform automatic identification, then summarizes the reaction results of all the ABI electrodes, and visually displays the results in a 3D mode. The method simplifies the electrode testing process in operation, obviously improves the testing efficiency, shortens the operation time of patients, and has great application prospect.

Description

Technical field [0001] The present invention relates to the field of auditory brainstem implants, in particular to an electrophysiological test method of automated auditory brainstem implants ABI. Background technique [0002] Auditory brainstem implant (ABI) is suitable for patients with undeveloped cochlea, cochlear ossification, lack of auditory nerve, etc. who are not suitable for cochlear implantation. The ABI device includes two parts: an extracorporeal device and an intracorporeal device. The extracorporeal device includes an electroacoustic transducer, a voice processor, and connecting wires. The intracorporeal device includes a receiver, an electrode wire, and an electrode array. [0003] The working principle of ABI is to place the electrode array on the surface of the cochlear nucleus in the recess of the fourth lateral ventricle, crossing the cochlea and auditory nerve, and directly stimulating the cochlear nucleus complex to produce speech perception and recognition. ...
