The invention relates to a splitting and deslagging device which comprises a large pulp inlet pipe and a plurality of light deslaggers, wherein the light deslaggers are in hollow inverted taper shapes; inner diameters of the light deslaggers are reduced gradually from the top down; a pulp inlet is formed in the large pulp inlet pipe; a plurality of pulp inlet heads are arranged in the large pulp inlet pipe; pulp inlet holes are formed in the pulp inlet heads; the pulp inlet heads are tangentially connected with the pulp inlet holes; the bottoms of the pulp inlet heads penetrate through the large pulp inlet pipe and are communicated with the light deslaggers; good pulp pipes are arranged on the tops of the pulp inlet heads; and pulp slag outlets are formed at the bottom ends of the light deslaggers. The pulp inlet holes with smaller semidiameters are formed in the pulp inlet heads; when pulp is fed tangentially during pulp feeding, due to a sudden change of diameters of pulp feeding routes, rotation pressure is increased to form inner vortexes; a deslagging effect of the pulp is improved; and the purity of the pulp is ensured.
