The repairing essence is prepared from the following components: provence rose floral water, diglycerol, 1,3-butanediol, sodium hyaluronate, p-hydroxyacetophenone, 1,2-hexylene glycol, carbomer, triethanolamine, herba centellae extracts, saffron extracts, tremella extracts, sodium carboxymethyl beta-glucan, magnesium chloride, opuntia ficus-indica stem extracts and coffea arabica leaf / seed extracts. The preparation method of the repairing essence for removing the couperose skin comprises the following steps: firstly, preparing first and third mixtures; preparing a second mixture by utilizing the first mixture; mixing the second mixture with the third mixture to obtain a fourth mixture; and finally, adding triethanolamine, the herba centellae extracts, the saffron extracts, the tremella extracts, the sodium carboxymethyl beta-glucan, the magnesium chloride, the opuntia ficus-indica stem extracts and the coffea arabica leaf / seed extracts into the fourth mixture, and carrying out uniform stirring to obtain a finished product.
