Abstract

The invention discloses a flexible single-stage hydrocracking process. A wax oil raw material and hydrogen are mixed and then enter a single-stage hydrocracking reactor, and the material passing through an upper single-stage hydrocracking catalyst bed layer is divided into two streams; one material stream is extracted out of the single-stage hydrocracking reactor from the middle of the bed layer,enters a hydroisomerization cracking reactor and is subjected to isomerization cracking; the other material stream flows downward to pass through a lower single-stage hydrocracking catalyst bed layer;and an obtained single-stage hydrocracking reaction material and an obtained hydroisomerization cracking reaction material are subjected to gas-liquid separation and fractionation separately to obtain naphtha, aviation kerosene, diesel oil and tail oil products with different specifications. The invention provides the single-stage hydrocracking process for simultaneously producing two or more light naphtha, heavy naphtha, aviation kerosene, diesel oil and tail oil products with different specifications on a set of hydrogenation process equipment for the first time. Heat carried by part of cracked materials can be fully utilized, and coupling operation of the single-stage hydrocracking reactor and the hydroisomerization cracking reactor is realized.
