Embodiment Construction

[0136] The present invention will be further described below in conjunction with accompanying drawing.

[0137] In this example, the established PRSV-HV model is used to calculate the solubility of methane gas in water at 298.15K, 373.15K, 473.15K and 573.15K, 0.1-140MPa, and compared with the experimental data. For an overview of the calculation process, see figure 1 , using the step-by-step iteration method, the material balance is calculated first, and then the thermodynamic balance is calculated by combining the PRSV state equation and the HV mixing rule.

[0138] In this embodiment, what is calculated is the gas-liquid equilibrium isotherm of methane and water, that is, at a certain temperature, the relationship between the pressure and the solubility mole fraction of methane in the liquid phase is calculated. First, a set of temperature and pressure is given, and then the initial value of the equilibrium constant (K) is estimated, and the mole fraction (x, y) of the gas...

Abstract

The invention provides a method for calculating in-water solubility of methane based on a PRSV state equation. A phase simulation gradual iteration number calculating method is established based on aPRSV state equation, an HV mixing rule, a material balancing equation and a thermodynamic balance equation set. A parameter expression which is correlated with temperature is adopted. In a condition of 273.15K-603.15K and 0.1-140MPa, the in-water solubility of the methane can be accurately calculated. The method according to the invention has advantages of high calculating speed, high precision and wide range. The method can effectively supply reference data to actual engineering.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of calculating the solubility of gas in water, and relates to a method for calculating the solubility of methane in water based on the PRSV state equation. Background technique [0002] Water is generally produced in the process of natural gas development, and the interaction law between water and methane is still unclear. Conventional experimental methods are time-consuming and labor-intensive, and can only be carried out in laboratories, making them difficult to use on a large scale; empirical formulas are simple, but limited by factors such as conditions of use, and difficult to promote; phase equilibrium methods have a certain theoretical basis, and are fast, High accuracy, low cost and other advantages. The calculation of the solubility of natural gas in water can be roughly divided into the calculation of the material balance conditional equation group, the thermodynamic equilibrium conditional equati...
