Abstract

The invention discloses a broadband wave-adsorbing and scattering adjustable metasurface. The metasurface is formed by the periodic arrangement of the same units, wherein each unit consists of an upper-layer metal structure, an active device, a middle-layer medium and a lower-layer metal backboard; a PIN diode is welded to the corresponding position of the upper-layer metal structure; the upper-layer metal structure is positioned above the middle-layer medium; and the middle-layer medium is positioned above the lower-layer metal backboard. The bias voltage of the metasurface PIN diode is changed to realize the switching of a wave-adsorbing mode and a scattering mode, wherein the wave-adsorbing mode is characterized in that the vertical reflectivity of the metasurface in a 8-10GHz frequencyband is dynamically adjustable; and the scattering mode is characterized in that the reflection phase difference of two working states of "on / off" of the unit PIN diode 8-10GHz frequency band is 180+ / -20 degrees, a reflection amplitude difference is smaller than 1dB, and different electromagnetic codes are input into the metasurface through a FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Array) control system torealize the dynamic regulation and control of a scattering directional diagram. The designed metasurface has the advantages of simple structure, mature technology and low energy consumption and has agood application prospect in the fields of military and civil use.
