The invention relates to an application of hsa-miR-15b-5p as a microRNA marker for screening saliva of an acute plateau reaction susceptible person, wherein the microRNA is applied to preparation of areagent or a kit for screening the acute plateau reaction susceptible person, and the expression of hsa-miR-15b-5p in a saliva sample is down-regulated compared with the expression in a control. Theinvention further provides a kit for detecting hsa-miR-15b-5p molecules in saliva of a detected human plain by a real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR method, and the risk of acute plateau reactionis predicted according to the expression level of the hsa-miR-15b-5p molecules.
