Problems solved by technology

[0002] Most of the existing heat preservation products use cotton as the filler, which is to directly comb the cotton to make a floral dress, and then spread it on the fabric and sew it together when making clothes; but this structure has certain Disadvantages: (1) Too bulky and not dense enough; (2) Under the same volume, it is not easy to form an effective insulation layer; (3) After sewing with the fabric, because there is no good interaction between cotton fibers, it is easy to deform ; (4) It cannot be washed, if it is washed, the cotton will become a ball, and it is difficult to keep it even

Abstract

The invention discloses a cotton core for replacing cotton to serve as a filler. The cotton core is characterized in that a preparation method comprises the following steps that (1) the cotton is combed into uniform clothing cotton for use; (2) the clothing cotton is ground by a fabric conveying machine for making cotton batts to form a dense and uniform structure; (3) the structure is sandwichedbetween two layers of fabric, wherein the two layers of fabric can be selected according to demands; (4) the fabric and the cotton structure are quilted into a net-shaped structure in a diamond, square or honeycomb shape with a certain spacing through a thread. Compared with the prior art, the cotton core has the following advantages that under the same volume condition, cotton fibers are denser, and an effective heat preservation layer can be formed better; the cotton core is uniform and more unlikely to deform; after the cotton core is made into a product, the product can be washed in a machine, the loss of heat preservation capability is low, and the product is very unlikely to deform. Experiments are carried out on cotton trousers made of the cotton core, and the cotton trousers can benormally worn for 20 months or longer and washed 100 times or above and can still keep basically no deformation and effectively preserve heat.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of cotton, and more specifically relates to a cotton core used for replacing cotton as a filler. Background technique [0002] Most of the existing heat preservation products use cotton as the filler, which is to directly comb the cotton to make a floral dress, and then spread it on the fabric and sew it together when making clothes; but this structure has certain Disadvantages: (1) Too bulky and not dense enough; (2) Under the same volume, it is not easy to form an effective insulation layer; (3) After sewing with the fabric, because there is no good interaction between cotton fibers, it is easy to deform ; (4) It cannot be washed. If it is washed, the cotton will become a ball and it is difficult to keep it even. [0003] Therefore, how to provide a cotton core that can solve the above problems and be used as a filler instead of cotton is an urgent problem to be solved by those skilled in the art. C...
