Embodiment 1

[0052] Such as figure 1 As shown, this embodiment provides a common-mode interference suppression circuit 1 for an air conditioner, and the common-mode interference suppression circuit 1 for an air conditioner includes:

[0053] An air conditioner internal unit 11 , an air conditioner external unit 12 , a first common mode filter 13 and a line impedance stabilization network 14 .

[0054] Such as figure 1 As shown, the power supply end of the air conditioner indoor unit 11 is connected to the grid power supply through the first set of power lines, and the ground end of the air conditioner inner unit 11 is connected to the ground wire PE of the power grid through the first ground wire.

[0055] Specifically, in this embodiment, the air-conditioning indoor unit 11 is connected to the neutral wire N and the live wire L (single-phase AC power supply) of the grid power supply through the first set of power wires (two power wires), based on the neutral wire N and the live wire L p...

Embodiment 2

[0078] Such as image 3As shown, this embodiment provides a common-mode interference suppression circuit 1 for an air conditioner. The difference from Embodiment 1 is that the first common-mode filter 13 is arranged between the power supply end of the air-conditioner internal unit 11 and the Between the second group of power lines (the second group of power lines near the power supply end of the air conditioner indoor unit 11).

[0079] Specifically, the first common mode filter 13 includes a second common mode inductor Lcm2; the first input terminal of the second common mode inductor Lcm2 is connected to the first power supply terminal of the air conditioner indoor unit 11, and the first output terminal Connect the wires that transmit the live wire L signal in the second group of power lines; the second primary input terminal of the second common mode inductor Lcm2 is connected to the second power supply terminal of the air conditioner indoor unit 11, and the second output te...

Embodiment 3

[0083] Such as Figure 4 As shown, this embodiment provides an air conditioner common-mode interference suppression circuit 1, the difference from Embodiment 1 is that the first common-mode filter 13 also includes a first capacitor Cy1 and a second capacitor Cy2; One end of the first capacitor Cy1 is connected to the first power supply end of the air conditioner indoor unit 11, and the other end is connected to the first ground wire; one end of the second capacitor Cy2 is connected to the second power supply end of the air conditioner inner unit 11 , and the other end is connected to the first ground wire.

[0084] Specifically, the first capacitor Cy1 and the second capacitor Cy2 can guide the common mode current to flow back to the common mode source, that is, the air conditioner external unit 12, effectively suppressing the EMI interference introduced by the air conditioner system to the power grid.

[0085] It should be noted that the first capacitor Cy1 and the second ca...

Abstract

The invention provides a common-mode interference restraining circuit of an air conditioner. The common-mode interference restraining circuit comprises an indoor unit and an outdoor unit, wherein a power end of the indoor unit is connected with a power grid power supply through a first group power line; a grounding end of the indoor unit is connected with an earth wire of a power grid through a first grounding line; a power end of the outdoor unit is connected with the power end of the indoor unit through a second group power line; a grounding end of the outdoor unit is connected with the grounding end of the indoor unit through a second grounding line; and a first common-mode filer is arranged at the power end of the indoor unit in order to filter the common-mode interference which is generated by a frequency conversion system of the outdoor unit during working, is intensified by parasitic parameter resonance on the second group power line and the second grounding line. An inductor isconnected to an equivalent position of the indoor unit, and a capacitor is connected in parallel to the position in order to prevent common-mode current from flowing into the power grid, so that theattenuation of EMI is enhanced, and EMI interference is restrained. Meanwhile, minimalization for an electric control board of the outdoor unit can be realized, and the cost is lowered.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of common-mode interference suppression, in particular to a common-mode interference suppression circuit for an air conditioner. Background technique [0002] The interaction between the voltage change (du / dt) caused by the switching action of the power switching device in the air-conditioning frequency conversion system and the parasitic parameters of the circuit to the ground generates a common-mode current, which forms a common-mode interference. affect other devices. [0003] The frequency conversion system of the air conditioner is located in the external unit of the air conditioner. Usually, a common mode filter is installed at the power input end of the external unit of the air conditioner and the input end of the compressor to suppress the common mode current from flowing into the power grid. However, a small part of the common mode current still flows into the power grid. [0004] Therefore, how to further i...
