Problems solved by technology

Some of the mixed working fluids in the prior art often weaken their thermal performance while achieving a lower GWP value, and cannot achieve better refrigeration and heating effects. While ensuring the thermal performance of some mixed working fluids, the GWP The reduction is relatively limited, unable to meet the needs of environmental protection

Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of refrigerants, and concretely relates to environmentally-friendly mixed working media. One of the environmentally-friendly mixed working media comprisesa first component and a second component, wherein the first component is trifluoroiodomethane, and the second component is monofluoroethane; and the other environmentally-friendly mixed working mediumcomprises a first component, a second component and a third component, wherein the first component is trifluoroiodomethane, the second component is difluoromethane, and the third component is one of1,1-difluoroethane and trans-1,3,3,3-tetrafluoropropene. The components are uniformly physically mixed in proportion at normal temperature under normal pressure to obtain the environmentally-friendlymixed working media. The mixed working media provided by the invention have a good environmental performance, have a very low GWP (less than 150), and has same or better thermal performances than 1,1,1,2-tetrafluoroethane (R134a); and a preparation method of the mixed working media is simple and is easy to implement.

Description

technical field [0001] This application relates to the technical field of refrigerants, in particular, to an environmentally friendly mixed working fluid. Background technique [0002] HFCs refrigerants (including R410A, R134a, R404A and R407C, etc.) widely used in the refrigeration and air-conditioning industry are facing strict reduction plans due to their very high global warming potential (GWP). The Kigali Amendment to the "Montreal Protocol" passed in 2016 established a stringent reduction plan for high-GWP HFCs refrigerants, and China and other major developing countries will reduce them by 10% in 2029 (according to CO 2 equivalent calculation), and finally achieve an 80% reduction in 2045. It can be seen that the use of environmentally friendly refrigerants with low GWP has become an inevitable trend, but a more perfect alternative has not yet been found. Because the mixed working medium has the characteristics of balanced refrigerant properties, it plays a vital rol...
