Abstract

The natural fermentation adhesive comprises the following components in parts by weight: 200-1000 parts of protein raw materials, 35-150 parts of acid, 45-180 parts of alkali, 0.5-6 parts of salt, 0.1-0.6 parts of vitamins and 1000-5000 parts of water.The preparation method includes mixing the protein raw materials with water, and stirring; adding the salt, and continuously keeping the temperature and stirring; adjusting the pH value with acid andalkali; adding the vitamins; and fermenting in a pressure-resistant container at 25 DEG C, releasing pressure to obtain a natural fermentation adhesive. The adhesive does not release toxic and harmfulsubstances such as formaldehyde and has good environmental protection performance; glue can be applied by roll coating or spray coating; the adhesive has multiple active functional groups, especiallycarboxyl groups with high content and good water resistance after curing; and the bonding strength of 3 layers of masson pine glued boards pressed at 160 DEG C, 1 min / mm and 1.0 MPa can meet the requirements of class II glued boards in GB / T9846-2014.
