The cabled intelligent water distributors and the cable passing packers are sequentially connected at intervals, a screen pipe screwed plug is arranged at the bottom of the nth layer of cabled intelligent water distributors, a conversion connector is arranged at the upper end of the first layer of the cable passing packers, and the underground injection allocation tool string is connected with the in-pipe integrated cable continuous pipe through theconversion connector; and the ground control device is electrically connected with the cabled intelligent water distributors through a cable in the in-pipe integrated cable continuous pipe.
