The fatigue detection and wake-up promotion system based on eye movement and head movement parameter monitoring comprises a glasses body, an image acquisition module, a head movement data acquisition module, a wake-up promotion module, a power supply module and a post-treatment module; the head movement data acquisition module is used for acquiring head movement data of a wearer; the wake-up promotion module comprises a light stimulation unit, a sound stimulation unit and a vibration stimulation unit; and the post-treatment module comprises an eye movement data analysis module, a head movement data analysis module, a fatigue level analysis module and a maincontrol module. The fatigue detection and wake-up promotion system based on eye movement and head movement parameter monitoring disclosed by the invention is capable of automatically determining fatigue level of the human body by performing fusion assessments on eye movement data and head movement data, as well as sending out early warning according to the fatigue level of the human body; moreover, the system is capable of promoting reduction of the fatigue level of the human body by performing wake-up promotion stimulation combining sound, light and vibration, thereby enhancing human body alertness and operational ability.
