Embodiment Construction

[0026] The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention are clearly and completely described below, but the described embodiments are only part of the embodiments of the present invention, not all of the embodiments. Based on the embodiments of the present invention, all other embodiments obtained by persons of ordinary skill in the art without making creative efforts belong to the protection scope of the present invention.

[0027] The inventor tested in February, 2016 at the pitaya base (open field) of Guangxi Zhicheng Agriculture Co., Ltd., and the specific grafting method is as follows:

[0028] 1) Rootstock: the plant planted in 2011 was used as the rootstock;

[0029] 2) Rootstock species: white-fleshed dragon fruit;

[0030] 3) Grafting time: February 12, 2016 for grafting;

[0031] 4) Selection and cutting of the scion: select the middle, upward, and fat edge on the mature dragon fruit branch, select a bud on the edge, and use a sharp knife to cut ...

Abstract

The invention discloses a dragon fruit bud grafting method comprising the following steps: 1) selecting a stock plant; 2) selecting one bud on a ridge of a ripe vine of a dragon fruit, carrying out inclined cutting on a position 1 cm away from the upside and the downside of the bud twice by using a sharp knife to form a V shape, taking out the bud as a cion, and making the whole cion 'rectangular'; 3) selecting one bud on a ripe vine of the stock plant, carrying out inclined cutting on a position 1 cm away from the upside and the downside of the bud twice by using the sharp knife to form a V shape, taking out the bud to form a V-shaped interface, wherein the size of the interface is basically same as that of the cion; 4) placing the cion into a stock interface, vertically and horizontallyaligning the cion to the stock interface, then, carrying out binding and fixing by using plastics, and exposing a bud eye to finish grafting; and 5) carrying out conventional management after grafting. The dragon fruit bud grafting method is convenient to operate and capable of sufficiently utilizing the resistance of a stock and improving the stress resistance and adaptability of a grafting variety, and the cion and the stock are easy to heal.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of fruit tree cultivation, in particular to a method for grafting pitaya buds. Background technique [0002] Pitaya is a perennial climbing succulent plant of the genus Trigonum in the family Cactaceae. It is called dragon fruit because of its soft scales on the outside of the fruit, which roll out like a dragon. It is native to the tropical regions of Central America. The propagation methods of dragon fruit are divided into sexual propagation method and asexual propagation method. Because the germination rate of sexual propagation seeds is low, the propagation speed is slow, and its genetic basis is complex, it is not easy to maintain its variety characteristics, so it is rarely used. Production Upper dragon fruit mainly adopts asexual propagation method, among which cutting method and grafting method are the most commonly used. [0003] At present, pitaya grafting method adopts methods such as butt joint ...
