Abstract

The invention belongs to technical field of coatings, and particularly relates to a stimulable response colour changing functional coating, and a preparation method and application thereof. The invention provides the stimulable response colour changing functional coating, which is prepared from the following raw materials: epoxy resin, a furanone pigment, an amine curing agent and a solvent. According to the stimulable response colour changing functional coating, the furanone pigment comprises organic conjugated conductive molecules; hydrogen bond-containing cross-linking molecules are formedby reacting the amine curing agent and the furanone pigment; the cross-linking molecules can show extremely good electronic transition behaviour under different environmental stimuli; the cross-linking molecules are unstable; and electron transitions of different properties can be produced through different stimulus conditions to endow the coating with a colour changing property, so that the coating has different colours under the different environmental stimuli. An experimental result shows that the stimulable response colour changing functional coating provided by the invention has the properties of thermally induced colour changing, ultraviolet induced colour changing and strong acid colour charging; the colour changing stimulating conditions are diversified; and the colour changing range is wide.
