A fluorine coil pipe, a heat exchange device and a tail end air mixing deviceare included. The fluorine coil pipe is connected with an outdoor unit to form a refrigerating and heating circulation loop. The heat exchange device communicates with a fresh air port, an air returnport and an exhaust port and is used for exhausting outdoor fresh air and indoor return air entering from the fresh air port and the air return port through an air outlet and the exhaust port of theheat exchange device after humid-heat exchange is conducted on the outdoor fresh air and the indoor return air. The fluorine coil pipe further communicates with the air outlet of the heat exchange device and is used for conducting condensation or heating on the fresh air which flows through the fluorine coil pipe and is subjected to humid-heat exchange. The tail end air mixing device is provided with a fresh air port and an air return port connected with the fluorine coil pipe and used for conveying mixed fresh air and indoor return air into a room through an inner air supply draught fan afterthe fresh air and the indoor return air subjected to condensation or heating through the fluorine coil pipe are mixed in the tail end air mixing device. The low-temperature air supply tail end air mixing device is adopted for guiding in, mixing and conveying indoor return air and low-temperature supply air at the tail end into the room, and the fresh air is used for bearing the indoor air conditioner load of the passive extremely-low energy consumption residence.
