The analog measurement method comprises the following steps: acquiring a direct current signal output by an incident photon in an optical signal after being enhanced and amplified by a photomultiplier; converting the direct current signal output by the photomultiplier into a voltage signal through a direct current amplifier, and filtering the voltage signal via a filtering circuit to output a filtered voltage signal; acquiring a first voltage value at a preset starting time point and a second voltage value at a preset ending time point, calculating a difference value of the second voltage value and the first voltage value by an analog-to-digital converter, and outputting ananalog-to-digital conversion value; and calculating a first analog count value of the optical signal according to the analog-to-digital conversion value.
