Abstract

The invention discloses a laser cutting device for a large irregular pipe cross section. The technology of driving motor and alternating current servo motor separately driving and motor direct drivingtechnology are adopted. A driving motor is used for driving an alternating current servo motor and a laser cutting head thereof to rotate. Infrared distance measurement is adopted to form a closed-loop control basis of the alternating current servo motor adjusting retraction of the laser head. The alternating current servo motor drives two screw nut pairs withrotation direction reverse to the integrated rotation direction of a motor rotor to open and close to adjust the distance between the laser head mounted at one nut pair and the pipeline inner wall, and counter weight of the laser head end is achieved in real time by a counter weight block of the other nut pair meanwhile. The device is suitable for pipeline cross section cutting with different shapes, and centering positioning operation is not required. The device has the advantages that the structure is compact, operation is convenient, assembling and disassembling are simple, and working efficiency is high.
