The data selector, is used for controlling the burner to be connected with the firmware memory chip when the device to be burned and written is in the burned and written state, so as to control thefirmware memory chip to be connected with a controller in the device to be burned and written when the device to be burned and written is in a non-burned and written state, wherein the firmware memory chip is connected with a controller in the device to be burned and written.
