Abstract

The invention discloses disulfiram-metal organic framework compound as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The disulfiram-metal organic framework compound is prepared from the following ingredients in parts by weight: 1 to 3,000 parts of disulfiram, 1 to 600 parts of zinc salt, and 1 to 6,000 parts of imidazole derivative. Experiments prove that the disulfiram-metal organic framework compound disclosed by the invention can effectively inhibit tumor cell proliferation under a low dosage condition; an antitumous effect of the disulfiram-metal organic framework compound is obviously superior to that of DSF; furthermore, the effective dosage is low, toxic and side effects caused by DSF are effectively reduced, and treating cost of a patient is also reduced. Meanwhile, the disulfiram-metal organic framework compound has good structure stability under the physiological condition (pH 7.4) and can accelerate DSF release under the tumor microenvironment (pH 5.0 to pH 6.5).
