Embodiment 1

[0023] Step 1: Naturally weatherize the municipal solid waste incineration slag in the open air, and the natural weathering time is 30 days. Then the weathered slag was mixed with ultrapure water (mass ratio 1:3), ultrasonicated for 2 hours (power 100W), filtered, and dried at 100°C for 12 hours in a blast drying oven. The slag is then ball milled and screened until the particle size is less than 200 mesh to obtain water-washed slag.

[0024] Step 2: Pour 2kg of ash, 1.6kg of cement, and 80g of sodium sulfate into a mixer according to the mass ratio, mix evenly, and stir for about 5 minutes.

[0025] Step 3: Prepare a sodium alginate solution with a mass concentration of 1%, add 0.9 L of 50° C. ultrapure water and 0 mL of the sodium alginate solution into a blender, and stir for 2 min.

[0026] Step 4: While stirring, add 178mL of hydrogen peroxide, that is, foaming agent. The mass ratio of hydrogen peroxide with a concentration of 30% is 5% of the total material. Continue st...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method of using urban domestic waste incinerator residue to produce lightweight foam concrete. The method comprises the steps of 1) weathering urban domestic waste incinerator residue, and washing with water; 2) pouring the materials other than a foaming agent and water, into a stirrer, and mixing well; 3) adding quantitative super-pure water and prepared sodium alginateinto the stirrer; 4) adding the foaming agent during stirring, pouring the mixed slurry immediately into a produced mold, covering the surface with a layer of preservative film, and allowing standingfor foaming; 5) removing the mold, storing the foam concrete in a curing tank for curing so as to obtain the lightweight foam concrete with good mechanical properties. The method provides a wider engineering applicable range for incinerator residue, has the advantages of environmental friendliness, low price, good simplicity and the like, and is worthy of application in the large-scale productionof lightweight foam concrete.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of utilization of municipal solid waste incineration slag regeneration resources, and in particular relates to a method for preparing lightweight foamed concrete by using municipal solid waste incineration slag. Background technique [0002] The resource utilization of municipal solid waste incineration slag has a history of several decades in Europe, America and Japan. In order to reasonably dispose of the increasing incineration slag, many countries began to study the feasibility of resource utilization of slag from two aspects of resource utilization and environmental impact decades ago, and strive to find the best balance between economic cost and environmental requirements point. The main composition of municipal solid waste incineration slag is SiO 2 , CaO, Al 2 o 3 and Fe 2 o 3 , containing a small amount of MgO, K 2 O, Na 2 O, etc., like fly ash, belong to CaO-SiO 2 -Al 2 o 3 -Fe 2 o 3 s...
