Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical filed of corrosion prevention of a seawater pipeline of a nuclear power plant, and particularly relates to a novel auxiliary anode fixing device. According to the device, an L-shaped sleeve is connected with an auxiliary anode, and a sealing ring is arranged between the sleeve and the auxiliary anode; and the top end of the sleeve is fixedly connected with aflange, and provided with a sealing cover, so that the sealing of the sleeve is achieved. The outer wall of the sleeve of the device is coated with an anticorrosion coating, and the situation that thesleeve is corroded by seawater and broken, and consequently the auxiliary anode is failed can be avoided effectively. The novel auxiliary anode fixing device has the beneficial effects that the connection position between the sleeve and the anode is sealed through a silicone ring, and the situation that the sealing between the sleeve and the anode is untight due to threads can be avoided; seawater intrusion can be avoided effectively; the occurrence of the situation can be avoided by adopting a sleeve bracket; the upper part of the auxiliary anode is in atmospheric environment, and is in threaded connection with the flange through the sealing cover, so that the interior of the sleeve is in the sealed state; and water or other substances with corrosion property in environment are preventedfrom entering the sleeve.
