Abstract

The present invention discloses a coffee ring laser containing silver selenide quantum dots. The coffee ring laser comprises a quartz substrate and a silicon dioxide circular ring containing silver selenide quantum dots which are arranged upwards in order. The coffee ring laser replaces the minimum quantum state 8-fold degenerate lead salt quantum dots with the harmfulless minimum quantum state 2-fold degenerate silver selenide quantum dots to achieve the near-infrared light gain of a low threshold value. The quantum dots are inlaid into the silicon dioxide to improve the stability and the life of the laser. The mixing liquid of the silver selenide quantum dots and perhydro polysilazane is employed to prepare a coffee ring to finally obtain a coffee ring near-infrared light quantum dot laser with a low threshold value, high stability and a friendly environment.
