Abstract

The invention provides a gravure roller which comprises a roller body and a rubber layer coated on the surface of the roller body. The rubber layer is formed by the steps: making a rubber material anduniformly coating the rubber material on the roller body to be cooled; the rubber material is composed of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50-60 parts of butadiene-acrylonitrile rubber, 40-50 parts of chloroprene rubber, 10-20 parts of carbon fibers, 10-20 parts of glass fibers, 8-12 parts of carbon nano tubes, 20-30 parts of thermal cracking carbon black and 3-7 parts of an anti-aging agent. The gravure roller disclosed by the invention has the beneficial effects that (1) the rubber layer is coated on the surface of the gravure roller, so that the condition that the used surface material of the gravure roller is too hard is avoided, and damage to the material used for flexible package is reduced; and (2) due to the addition of the carbon nano tubes, the properties of the rubber layers, such as heat-conducting property, heat resistance, aging resistance, wear resistance, high modulus and the like can be improved, the elasticity of the used rubber is improved due to theaddition of the thermal cracking carbon black; and meanwhile, the hardness of the used rubber is improved due to the carbon fibers, the condition that the rubber layer is easily damaged by collision is avoided, and the service life of the rubber layer is prolonged.
