Embodiment Construction

[0013] The following embodiments will further illustrate the present invention in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

[0014] The principle of generating temperature pulse signal is as follows: figure 1 and 2 As shown, a closed container 2 filled with mercury liquid, the left wall is close to the high temperature device 1, the right wall is exposed to the low temperature environment 3 (usually in the air environment), the other walls are insulated, and the heat of the high temperature device 1 passes through The mercury liquid 5 in the container makes the fluid produce natural convection, and the heat is taken away by the low temperature environment 3, so that the high temperature device 1 is cooled, because the flow of the mercury liquid 5 is unstable, this will cause the average temperature (Tm) of the system to produce a certain Fluctuations and oscillations, so a specific temperature pulse signal is generated. Several thermocouple detection points 6 for detectin...

Abstract

The method of generating a temperature pulse signal is disclosed. A closed container filled with low prandtl number liquid is included. The left wall surface of the closed container is attached to a high temperature device. The right wall surface of the closed container is in a low temperature environment, and other wall surfaces are insulated. Several thermocouples used for detecting the averagetemperature of the liquid are arranged in the closed container. The thermocouples and a frequency counting and display unit are connected through a transmission line. The frequency counting and display unit is used for measuring and displaying an output heat pulse signal so that the pulse signal can be conveniently used. The large amount of heat generated by an electronic device can be taken awaythrough convection and heat conduction from the closed container filled with the low prandtl number liquid so that the electronic device can be kept in a normal work junction temperature. Due to the instability of the low prandtl number liquid in the closed container, the fluid in the closed container can generate a temperature pulse signal. An average temperature pulse signal in the container canbe obtained through the detection of a frequency counter.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a temperature pulse signal, in particular to a method for generating a temperature pulse signal which can effectively dissipate heat for a device and be used for generating a temperature pulse signal. Background technique [0002] Pulse techniques (pulse techniques) is the technology of pulse signal generation and waveform transformation, which refers to electrical signals or thermal signals that have mutations within a certain period of time. At present, pulse technology has been widely used in electronic computers, communications, radar, television, automatic control, telemetry and remote control, radio navigation and measurement technology and other fields. [0003] Traditional pulse generators mainly refer to signal generators with voltage or current (patents CN201310699588.X, CN201280048416.X, CN201110401542.6), which usually use transistors and field effect transistors as switches, and capacitors or inductors as inertia ...
