Abstract

The invention relates to an energy-saving building and an energy-saving system. The energy-saving building comprises a plurality of floors, each floor comprises a hall, a bedroom and a bathroom, a first air conditioner is installed in each hall, a second air conditioner is installed in each bedroom, and a water tank for flushing a toilet and a heat absorption device for cold water to pass throughare installed in each bathroom; the building further comprises a reservoir, and overflow pipes of all the floors are all communicated with the reservoir. Condensation water of the first air conditioners and the second air conditioners gathers into the heat absorption devices, the heat absorption devices take away heat in the bathrooms by utilizing the low temperature of the condensation water, andthe temperature in the bathrooms is reduced. The energy-saving building can have the following advantages that the condensation water which is directly discharged out of the building originally is utilized again to achieve the energy saving function; people feel more comfortable when going to the bathrooms; the temperature is reduced to inhibit breeding of bacteria, and the peculiar smell of thebathrooms is reduced. In addition, the reutilized water is collected into the reservoir so that valuable fresh water can be produced in areas which have high temperature and humidity and lack fresh water, and the water resources are fully utilized.
