The invention discloses a sea-weed seedling transplanting device which comprises a seedling protecting device and a base, wherein the seedling protecting device comprises a seedling protecting cover and a germinating slot; the seedling protecting cover comprises a frame and a protecting net sleeved on the frame; no protecting net is sleeved on the bottom surface of the frame of the seedling protecting cover; the lower end of the frame of the seedling protecting cover is detachably connected with the upper end of the germinating slot; an openable door is arranged on the protecting net on the upper end or side walls of the seedling protecting cover; an accommodating groove, which is matched with and is used for accommodating the germinating slot, is formed on the middle part of the base; connecting plates are fixedly connected with the outer side walls of the frame of the seedling protecting cover; fixing pipes are fixedly connected with the other ends of the connecting plates. The sea-weed seedling transplanting device is capable of avoiding the defects of damage to the sea-weed seedling rhizomes during a transplanting process and unstable combination with the bottom substrate of aplanting area. The protecting net on the seedling protecting cover is capable of preventing the sea-weed seedlings from being eaten by fishes during the growth process.
