Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of textiles and discloses a polyester fabric dyeing and finishing device comprising a base, wherein a dyeing box and a U-shaped support plate outside the dyeing box are fixedly disposed on the upper end of the base; the horizontal portion of the U-shaped support plate is provided with a screw hole; a reciprocating screw rod matching the screw hole is inthreaded connection in the screw hole; the horizontal portion of the U-shaped support plate is rotatably connected through a ball bearing with a first threaded sleeve sleeving the outer side the reciprocating screw rod; the outer wall of the first threaded sleeve is fixedly sleeved with a first driven bevel gear; a first motor is fixedly disposed on the horizontal portion of the U-shaped supportplate; the output shaft of the first motor is fixedly connected with a first driving bevel gear; the lower end of the reciprocating screw rod is fixedly connected with a fixing rod; the lower end of the fixing rod is fixedly connected with two symmetrical fixing plates; the surfaces of the fixing plates are fixedly connected with two symmetrical clamping plates; and the lower end hinge of the fixing rod is connected with a clamping plate corresponding to the fixing plates. The polyester fabric dyeing and finishing device can achieve rapid dyeing.
