Abstract

The ilmenite recycling process comprises the steps that separated-out crude resides are sorted through gravity-magnetic pull dressing equipment,and gravity-magnetic pull strong magnetic concentrate and gravity-magnetic pull strong magnetic tailings are obtained; and the gravity-magnetic pull strong magnetic concentrate is returned into a first-section deironing or second-section deironing or gravity dressing process according to different characters, and continues to participate in the subsequent procedures. The ilmenite recycling processis applied, the gravity-magnetic pull dressing equipment serves as strong magnetic equipment, the advantages of gravity separation and magnetic separation are combined, and the gravity-magnetic pulldressing equipment is permanent magnetic separation equipment with a composite force field; and the crude resides are pre-enriched through the gravity-magnetic pull dressing equipment to obtain a relatively proper raw material, meanwhile, most unqualified crude resides are thrown away to reduce the subsequent procedure treatment amount, and cost is reduced. The gravity-magnetic pull strong magnetic concentrate is returned to different positions in the original titanium separation process according to different characters to be further recycled, and the loss of ilmenite is reduced; and the TiO3recycling rate is greatly improved, the titanium separation cost is reduced, and the economic benefits are remarkable.
