The dedicated recycled concrete additive is characterized by being prepared from the following ingredients in mass percent: 7% to 9% of a water reducingagent, 16% to 18% of a slump loss resisting agent, 0.3% of polyvinyl alcohol, 4% of an early strength agent, 3.5% to 4.0% of a retarder, 0.05% to 0.1% of cellulose ether, 1% to 2% of a thickening agent, 1.5% to 2.5% of hydrophilic resin and the balance of water.
