Abstract

The invention discloses a grounding body and a manufacturing method thereof. The grounding body comprises a grounding rod connected to an upper grounding rod and a lower grounding rod through a copperinterconnection pipe, the copper interconnection pipe, a tapered copper outer pipe and a hot-melt brazing powder. The tapered copper outer pipe sleeves the grounding rod. A hot-melt chamber is arranged between the tapered copper outer pipe and the grounding rod. The tapered head of the tapered copper outer pipe is connected to the bottom end of the lower grounding rod in a threaded connection mode and is used to plug the bottom portion of the hot-melt chamber. The hot-melt brazing powder is injected into the hot-melt chamber and is burnt out to form a copper alloy. The copper alloy is connected to the tapered copper outer pipe and the grounding rod. The hot-melt chamber is taken as the combustion chamber of a hot solvent, the hot solvent is limited to carry out hot-melting welding in a main body, and the effective connection of the two grounding rods is guaranteed.
