The present invention provides a personnel archive random informatization management method, belonging to a personnel archive management method. The method comprises the steps of: performing dynamic association through two-dimensional codes of a personnel archive box and archive storage position information (cabinets and racks), wherein the setting functions comprise archive storage, consulting, borrowing, returning and callout function modules. The method can employ devices such as a computer, a mobile terminal and the like to retrieve the positions where the archives are located through personnel information such as job numbers, names and ID numbers of the personnel so as to achieve the functions of random query, transferring and management of personnel archives. The method performs operation setting according to the personnel archive life cycle, performs real-time record of various operation information and randomly generates personnel archives to perform data statistic analysis soas to achieve automatic stocktaking function of the personnel archival repository.
