Embodiment Construction

[0024] The specific implementation manners of the present invention will be further described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and embodiments. The following examples are used to illustrate the present invention, but are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.

[0025] ginseng figure 1 As shown, this embodiment provides an eccentric quasi-zero stiffness vibration isolation system, which is used to block the mechanical transmission path between the foundation and the vibration isolation object, so that the vibration energy of the foundation or vibration isolation object is transmitted to the other party as little as possible .

[0026] The vibration isolation system includes a central load-bearing mechanism and a quasi-zero-stiffness actuator. Multiple (four in this embodiment) quasi-zero-stiffness actuators are evenly arranged around the central load-bearing mechanism and connected with the central load-bearing mechanism. The fo...

Abstract

The invention relates to an eccentric quasi-zero-stiffness vibration isolation system. The eccentric quasi-zero-stiffness vibration isolation system comprises a central force bearing mechanism and multiple quasi-zero-stiffness execution mechanisms, and the multiple quasi-zero-stiffness execution mechanisms are evenly arranged around the central force bearing mechanism and connected with the central force bearing mechanism; the central force bearing mechanism comprises a bottom supporting base, a force bearing elastic element, a top supporting platform and an external transfer platform which are sequentially connected, the bottom supporting base is used for being connected with a foundation, and the external transfer platform is used for being rigidly connected with an vibration isolation object; and each quasi-zero-stiffness execution mechanism comprises a lateral supporting rod, a lateral elastic element, a rotating connection rod and a support frame, one end of each lateral supporting rod is movably connected with the top supporting platform, the other end of each lateral supporting rod is movably connected with the corresponding lateral elastic element and one end of the corresponding rotating connection rod, the other end of each lateral elastic element is movably connected with the support frame, and the other end of each rotating connection rod is movably connected with the top end of the corresponding support frame. The eccentric quasi-zero-stiffness vibration isolation system can be well suitable for mechanisms with the large vibration displacement and the limited vibration isolator installing space and has the very good isolation effect on low-frequency vibration and high-frequency vibration.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of vibration control, in particular to an eccentric quasi-zero stiffness vibration isolation system. Background technique [0002] During the development of many fields, the harm caused by vibration has attracted more and more attention. Such as the vibration generated by the vehicle on the road, the vibration of the high-speed train and the harmful vibration caused by the mechanical movement. Especially in some high-tech fields, such as aviation and aerospace fields, the requirements for structural dynamics and vibration levels have formed many important indicators to be included in the assessment of design and operation. Aviation or aerospace vehicle design is a complex system engineering, in which the dynamic characteristics are an important indicator of the advanced performance of the aircraft, and the vibration problem caused by high-speed motion is a factor that needs to be focused on. Usually, vibration needs ...
