Abstract

A quick screening detection method for PPCPs pollutants in householddrinking water establishes a database of 112 PPCPs based on retention time and precise molecular weights of parent ions and daughter ions for confirming and screening target analytes and achieves accurate quantification based on a primary patent ion extraction peak area. The method comprises the following steps: preparing a standard liquid of 112 PPCPs compounds; extracting a sample; purifying thesample; carrying out chromatographic analysis; carrying out mass spectrometry analysis; establishing a screening database; and processing data. The method is quick, accurate, high in sensitivity andwide in screening range, provides a powerful technical means for monitoring risks of water quality, and can provide an effective guarantee for food safety supervision.
