Benefits of technology

This patented technology improves dogs' ability to resist stress during cryopreservation without damaging their quality or reducing fertility. By adding certain specific substances like flavonoids that enhance this resistance against oxidative attacks, it helps protect them from harmful reactions caused by free radicals produced when they are stored for use at room temperature (C).

Problems solved by technology

This patented technical problem addressed in this patents relates to improving the quality and quantity of cryogenically stored petrofused males due to their reduced risk of disease transmission compared to older ones. Current methods involve cooling down animal tissues before storing them at room temperatures, such as dilation techniques like air defrostings. However, these processes may cause damaged sperms and decrease infertility rates. To address this issue, there was developed various solutions involving frozen human fetuses containing warm red sea urchin extract together with black wavelength sweet cherry blended liquors made up mostly of pure green crude oil. These mixtures were also tested against different chemical agents added during lyophobia treatment. Additionally, we discovered that certain types of feather polypers contained in the mixture increased resistance to decomposition within bacterial cells while others did not increase resistance. Overall, our findings suggest that adding suitable antioxiatic compounds could improve the activity and longevity of spermatum populations without causing harmful effects upon young men.

Embodiment 1

[0016] The refrigerated preservation diluent is prepared by mixing the following raw materials according to the proportions by weight: liquid A: 8 parts of black wolfberry extract, 7 parts of L-carnitine, 3 parts of L-arginine, and 4 parts of melatonin; B Solution: 4 parts of vitamin E, 7 parts of glucose, 12 parts of citric acid, 30 parts of fructose, 30 parts of soybean lecithin, 350,000 IU / 100ml of penicillin, 350,000 IU / 100ml of streptomycin, 15 parts of trehalose, 12 parts of peptone , 7 parts of hyaluronic acid.

[0017] The extraction method of the black wolfberry extract is:

[0018] (1) Raw material processing: take the black wolfberry according to the parts by weight, remove impurities, wash, dry in a constant temperature drying oven with a temperature of 65°C for 24 hours, and pass through a 0.2mm sieve after crushing;

[0019] (2) Ultrasonic assisted treatment: add the coarse powder that step (1) makes in the sonicator, then add the concentration of 6 times of wei...

Embodiment 2

[0024] The refrigerated preservation diluent is prepared by mixing the following raw materials according to the proportions by weight: liquid A: 5 parts of black wolfberry extract, 5 parts of L-carnitine, 2 parts of L-arginine, and 3 parts of melatonin; B Solution: 3 parts of vitamin E, 5 parts of glucose, 10 parts of citric acid, 20 parts of fructose, 20 parts of soybean lecithin, 300,000 IU / 100ml of penicillin, 200,000 IU / 100ml of streptomycin, 10 parts of trehalose, 10 parts of peptone , 5 parts of hyaluronic acid. All the other are with embodiment 1.

Abstract

A canine semen refrigerated preservation diluent is composed of the following formula in parts by weight: a liquid A comprising 5-10 parts of a lycium ruthenicum extract, 5-10 parts of L-carnitine, 2-5 parts of L-arginine, and 3-7 parts of melatonin; and a liquid B comprising 3-5 parts of vitamin E, 5-10 parts of glucose, 10-15 parts of citric acid, 20-40 parts of fructose, 20-40 parts of soya bean lecithin, 300000-400000 IU/100 ml of penicillin, 200000-500000 IU/100 ml of streptomycin, 10-20 parts of trehalose, 10-15 parts of peptone, and 5-10 parts of hyaluronic acid. With adopting of a special extraction technology, the diluent of the formula can significantly improve the sperm survival rate after refrigeration and the acrosome integrity rate after refrigeration.
