Abstract

The invention provides the data transmission method, user equipment UE receive data from a first access network device to which a service cell belongs; the UE send a decoding result of the data to the first access network device, and a second accessnetwork device to which a collaborative cell belongs; if the decoding result is a negative acknowledgement signaling NACK, the UE receive the data retransmitted from the first access network device,and receive the data from the second access network device.
